Daniel R. Gauvin

Daniel R. Gauvin, is one of two remaining founding shareholders of the company when it was acquired from its U.S. parent in 1980 and has been in the position of President and CEO since 1988. With a strong background in sales and development he has held various management positions within the company prior to its acquisition. Also with many years of experience in all facets of the business he has been involved in developing strategic business and sales plans both on a regional and national basis. With his current focus on product development, refinement and delivery he leads all sales and marketing activities of the company with a vision that encompasses greater use and refinement of technologies. He prefers that, more than connecting with the company’s customers, we enter into true business-partner-relationships with them. As Chief Executive Officer, Danny’s function is to provide overall direction and business-plan development for the company.
 

Michael R. Woodroffe

Michael R. Woodroffe is the other remaining founding shareholder of the company when it was acquired from its U.S. parent in 1980. He was appointed Vice President, Ontario Region at that point; although he held various sales and operations management positions within Hooper-Holmes Canada Limited prior to the acquisition. His focus has been predominantly Portamedic’s operational issues nationally; but has been involved with all product offerings of the company. With many years of experience in all facets of the business, Mike currently remains as a principal shareholder, director and officer of the company and occupies the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Privacy Officer. He has been instrumental in ensuring that all offices are compliant in providing consistent service and that the organization is meeting the expectations of its customers across the country. His years of experience have led to a role that has been, more recently, evolving into one of mentorship on a senior management level.
 

Lyndon Edwards

Lyndon Edwards joined Hooper-Holmes Canada Ltd in June 2010 as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Lyndon is responsible for the daily operations of the company as well as leading the development and execution of strategies and programs which will continue to grow and strengthen Hooper-Holmes’ position as the leading and most trusted service provider to the Canadian Life and Health Insurance industry. Lyndon brings over 20 years of executive experience in General Management and Business Development, both domestically and internationally, with a diverse list of blue chip companies. Most recently, Lyndon was in the role of Vice President and General Manager with Rand McNally and was instrumental in the successful sale of the Canadian business and the subsequent transition. Prior to Rand McNally, Lyndon held key roles with Avery Dennison, which included UK based management of the Europe/Middle East/Africa business for a division of the Retail Information Services group. In addition, Lyndon has lived in numerous cities across Canada while in regional and sales management roles with both Weston Bakeries and Kraft Foods. Lyndon earned his Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Manitoba.
 

Ira Greenspoon

Ira Greenspoon has been employed by Hooper-Holmes in the role of Chief Financial Officer for more than four years. After attending the University of Toronto, Ira graduated as a Chartered Accountant in 1973. He has had many years of experience in public accounting and industry, most of which have been with medium-sized, privately-owned businesses, in close working relationships with highly-motivated, entrepreneurial executives. He has accumulated a breadth of knowledge and business acumen focused on service to clients, both internal and external. At Hooper-Holmes, Ira works very closely with the accounting and IT departments to ensure that information is accurate, relevant and produced on a timely basis. He is responsible for supplying the company’s management and its business partners with key analytical data that is helpful in making business decisions.
