So here we are in the New Year already, after a very exciting and tumultuous 2009 for the industry, no less for Hooper-Holmes Canada Limited.

Stock Markets, the Credit Crisis and the Unemployment situation in Canada certainly has had an affect on the overall economy and Consumer Confidence in general.

Despite these very challenging times we continue to expand our customer base across the country and are building and strengthening our service levels to continue to exceed your expectations.

As a result of our growing business we are pleased to announce the opening of two new offices. In 2009 we opened new offices in Ottawa and Calgary. These locations will provide better local area support and enhance our already excellent service levels. Responsiveness to your requirements and areas of coverage continue to remain one of our areas of focus.

Another area of focus for us in this New Year will be to provide the most qualified Health Professionals in the industry. We look to partner with key educational institutions so we can provide the most up to date and professionally trained Health Professionals - across the street and across the country.

We have also focused on updating our systems to offer greater efficiency for faster turnaround times and improved accuracy.

Most recently we have updated our Imagedex system. You will find the new site to be user friendly and very intuitive. The new site affords you the option of downloading documents individually or as a batch. Searching the archives is easier now. The site is also more secure as it utilizes SSL-EV (extended validation). You will also find that the new site more clearly defines the type of document posted.

At the core of our past, present, and future endeavours lies our people. I would be remiss if I were not make special mention of this dedicated, hardworking group. Improvements that our customers expect don’t just happen; they are conceived, designed, implemented, measured and adjusted (as necessary) by a most professional, motivated and passionate staff.
