Position Description:
Hooper-Holmes is presently recruiting candidates for positions which will shortly become available in our Québec City office.
Interested candidates must possess data entry and telephone skills, be quick learners, conscientious regarding the accuracy of information, have computer skills and be a team player.
Qualifications:
- typing skills (obligatory)
- great telephone etiquette
- knowledge of the main regions of the province of Québec
- initiative and ability to work independantly
- knowledge of Windows
- oral and written communication skills
- good sense of organization and work management
- knowledge of English a must
Requirements:
Must have knowledge in office duties, administration, secretarial work or customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Correspond via telephone with Health Professionals
- Follow-up and manage cases given to our Health Professionals
- Enter new cases
- Enter data concerning the evolution of cases and advise clients
- Other office duties as assigned
